Everything is homemade, including bread, pasta, cakes and biscuits. Fruit and vegetables are from the garden or locally sourced, and organic wherever possible.
The price for each workshop includes shared accommodation in a twin room, all meals , including tea coffee and cakes throughout the weekend, and all workshop sessions. Places are limited to 16 guests per workshop, so it is advisable to book early.
