This constant, often negative, commentary inhibits access to these joys, so essential for the well-being of the soul. Using Dina's intensely powerful Imagework and Abbie's zest for bringing out the joy of singing in harmony, you will discover ways of going beyond the limitations of the noisy mind and tapping into this deeper wisdom.
Dealing with inhibition to free the voice is a very powerful portal into the vast well of creativity contained within each and every one of us. Using imagery to tap in to the powerful wisdom of our intuitive mind is another such portal. The combination of both can be miraculously liberating.
Over the course of the weekend, you will be shown how to listen to the whisperings of your soul, overcome fears, tap into your creative energy, make wise choices, find your natural brilliance and go for it!
Dr Dina Gloubermann is the visionary co-founder and director of Skyros Holidays in Greece, Thailand and Cuba. Author of the classic books The Joy of Burnout and Life Choices, Life Changes, she has pioneered Imagework, the imagery based approach to guiding one's life from within. She is an international trainer, consultant and coach, leading courses worldwide.
Abbie Lathe, is a versatile and accomplished multi-instrumentalist and inspiring voice workshop leader with over 20 years singing experience in teaching and performance.

Food
All the food is vegetarian and lovingly prepared in the kitchen at Foldgate Farm by Clare, who has been cooking all her life but has recently given up her career as a commercial artist to concentrate on her passion for creating delicious, wholesome food. Everything is homemade, including bread, cakes and biscuits. Fruit and vegetables are from the garden or locally sourced, and organic wherever possible.
Price
The price for the workshop includes shared accommodation in a twin room, all meals , including tea coffee and cakes throughout the weekend, and all workshop sessions. Places are limited to 16 guests, so it is advisable to book early.
